Shipping policy
At 𝐕𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨 , we want to ensure you get your gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently partner with top-tier print-on-demand fulfillment centers to bring our designs to life.
All orders are processed within two to five business days, INCLUDING weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, with standard shipping typically taking five to ten business days. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier factors outside of our control.
We are proud to offer shipping to customers globally. Please be aware that for international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. 𝐕𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨 is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order's status. Please allow forty-eight hours for the tracking information to become available.
Because our items are printed on demand, we can only accept order changes or cancellations within twelve hours of your purchase. Once the order has been sent to our production facility, we are unable to stop the process. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at robloxingstudio@gmail.com within fourteen days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and our fulfillment partners to find a resolution.
